Mr. Andy Wong is the Head of Innovation and Technology at InvestHK. He leads a team of technology specialists with major focus on attracting and facilitating overseas investments in Hong Kong for setting up and expanding their operations in the form of sales & marketing, regional headquarters, R&D and/or innovation center. His key focused technology clusters include biotech/biomedical, medical devices, healthcare services, AI and robotics, microelectronics, and smart manufacturing.

Mr. Wong has wealth strategy consulting and business development experience in the technology sector. Prior to InvestHK, Mr. Wong was a consulting director at PwC, a leading consulting firm, where he led the technology consulting team to provide a broad spectrum of multi-industry consulting services. His expertise spans across business strategy, market analysis, due diligence, financial and business plan.

Mr. Wong was a strategy director at Cisco System, a Global 500 corporate, where he led the Greater China consulting team to help MNC undertake business transformation through applications of advanced technologies. Mr. Wong graduated from the University of Birmingham, the UK with First Class Honor Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and has a Master Degree in Business and Accounting from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Mr. Wong is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) from The Institution of Engineering and Technology, the UK; and is a Member of the Certified Practicing Accounting, (CPA) Australia.

Tammy Fan

Ms. Tammy Fan is the Board Executive Director of Forward Fashion Holdings, where she has played an integral role in the company's success over the past twelve years. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that have propelled the company forward, and her leadership has been instrumental in bringing about significant growth and evolution in the organization.

Ms. Fan obtained her bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California in the United States. She further specialized her education in fashion at the Parsons School of Design in New York, equipping her with extensive expertise in the fashion industry.

Ms. Fan was instrumental in creating Forward Fashion's Hong Kong headquarter, which now operates in China, Taiwan, and Macau. Under her leadership, the group's diverse and cross-regional business operations were brought together under one cohesive, structured, and professional management system. This has led to a significant increase in the company's top line.

Today, Forward Fashion is an integrated group with three synergistic business segments of fashion, art, and lifestyle. The company went public in 2020, marking a significant milestone in its growth and success.
