Information about the Company
Established in 2001, over 23 years of development (during which it has been renamed twice) have led Halcom Vietnam Joint Stock Company to have gradually affirmed its position and its role in the fields of Investment and Consultancy, specializing in Infrastructure development, urban and ESG consulting (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

Specifically, in the consulting field, the company has always demonstrated remarkable strengths through comprehensive products/lump-sum service for a project cycle, as well as geographic experience accumulated during the development stage.

Most of the projects Halcom has participated in are ODA projects funded by international organizations such as the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, and many more.

With a senior specialist team possessing high qualifications and experience and many young, dynamic, and creative staff, the consulting services provided by Halcom have always been trusted and highly appreciated by its clients.

At present, the company is engaged in providing approximately 200 consulting services contracts for projects of urban infrastructure development, water supply/drainage, environmental sanitation, comprehensive socio-economic development, and transport and irrigation system improvement in more than 40 provinces and cities nationwide. Concurrently, Halcom has focused its investment on renewable energy, water supply, sewerage management, and transport.

The growth of Halcom resulted from a tirelessly striving process. Regarding Halcom’s corporate activities, there are three highlighted events that best represent the company. On December 5 and 6, 2023 in Binh Duong, Halcom coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Binh Duong province and local authorities to visit and give 150 gifts to the poor, especially ones with particularly difficult circumstances in Phu Giao district and Di An city, Binh Duong province.

Secondly, Halcom and Central Phong Dien Joint Stock Company coordinated to sponsor the 190th Anniversary of the District Name: Phu Cat. Finally, Halcom also championed the “Godmother” Program to Support Disadvantaged Children Orphaned by COVID-19.

Achievements and Impact
Halcom has 5 member companies operating in provinces throughout Vietnam and currently expanding consulting projects in Laos, Myanmar.

In Hanoi on 26 June 2023, Halcom and Euwelle Environmental Technology GmbH (Germany) signed an MOU on using the Euwelle proprietary Maximum Yield Technology™ (MYT) solution for integrated solid waste management and treatment facilities in Vietnam.

Future Direction
Halcom’s 2021-2026 Consulting Plan covers a project fund for ODA worth VND 55 billion per year, a fund for FDI worth VND 15 billion per year, and a fund for Private IS worth VND 30 billion per year. This plan is expected to have its total annual revenue from consulting to be VND 100 Billion.

Concurrently, the company’s 2021-2025 Investment Plan covers the investment of renewable energy projects with a total capacity of 50 MW. Halcom also intends to further invest in waste-to-energy projects with a total capacity of 3000 tons of solid waste/day, and water projects with a total capacity of 50,000 m3 per day with a total investment fund worth USD 1.5 billion.
