The Group also regularly maintains volunteer activities such as supporting people suffering from natural disasters, supporting the Fund for the Poor, supporting treatment costs for pediatric patients at Hospital K, and giving gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers. Additionally, when the COVID-19 virus broke out in Vietnam, pushing the demand for medical masks and prices up, the DOJI Gold & Gems Group gave away free masks to customers, to join hands in protecting public health.

Achievements and Impact
As part of DOJI Gold & Gems Group’s latest growth initiatives, it is operating under its parent-subsidiary company model with 14 member companies, 5 capital-contributing affiliated companies, more than 61 branches, and nearly 200 centers and stores spread across the country. Alongside this, the Group has more than 400 agents and points of sale.

DOJI Gold & Gems Group utilizes a two-pronged strategy to achieve sustainable growth. Firstly, after a period of positioning the brand in the market, the Group chose a business strategy that included diversifying product lines and expanding into areas that complement each other—real estate, finance, and banking.

DOJI's goal is to become one of the leading multi-industry corporations in Vietnam. The Group has currently set out many new strategies to realize its goals, overcoming the limits of a traditional gold and silver business, increasing market share in the domestic market, and promoting exports to many markets.

Future Direction
From 2009 - 2024, the DOJI Group has continuously developed in key areas of Gold and Gems and expanded investment in real estate, tourism, and restaurants, while also encroaching on the field of banking and finance with its successfully restructured TPBank Joint Stock Commercial Bank.

With a strategic vision, sustainable development perspective, and powerful potential, DOJI aims to become the largest jewelry group in Vietnam by 2025, expanding the domestic distribution system with 350 centers. This is to be done by opening a number of jewelry centers in the Asia Pacific region; developing high-quality human resources with a workforce of 10,000 employees, and constructing a jewelry manufacturing and gemstone cutting factory with 1,000 workers. The Group also targets jewelry exports valued at about USD 100 million a year, achieving a revenue of VND 100,000 billion, and becoming listed on the stock market.
