CENTRAL has successfully built its brand name despite its few years in the construction market. To date, the company has more than 10,000 workers working on 125+ projects, 900 staff, engineers, and architects, with a total value of more than VND 9,000 billion worth of contracts signed in 2023.

As for qualifications, the company successfully achieved ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001, by proving its capability. CENTRAL also achieved the Certificate of Competence in Construction Activities Class I and even the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards under the Corporate Excellence category for two consecutive years (2021 & 2022), as well as various other awards that recognize the company for its milestones and achievements.

Future Direction
Moving forward, CENTRAL has revised its roadmap towards going public by gradually expanding to foreign markets such as Taiwan, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia in the future. The company also plans to continue applying technology development in more aspects along with investing in research and development (R&D) for business innovation to meet the needs of international standards.
