Mr. Lam Thanh Kim, 31 years old, is the CEO of M.O.I Cosmetics Company Limited (M.O.I Cosmetics). He was born and raised in the western countryside which gave him a peaceful childhood and an uncertain future due to limited prospects. By 2017, he started to research the cosmetic market and realized that this is a huge potential market but more than 90% of the market share belongs to international brands, and only 10% of the market share belongs to the domestic brand. This means that most of the Vietnamese are paying for cosmetic products that are not specifically manufactured and researched for them. From there, he started building M.O.I Cosmetics with the dream of changing the ratio of the domestic market share as a brand with Vietnamese pride in the international cosmetic market.
