Vi Na Dai Viet Import Export Joint Stock Company (Vinimex Group) established in 2011, has grown and developed constantly over its years of operation. Over the years, Vinimex Group has been named one of the top 4 companies in Vietnam, specializing in importing and exporting agricultural products and animal feed ingredients. Vinimex Group has always strived to fulfill its mission to become one of the most reputable and favorite companies in all corners of the country with the slogan "Connect Agriculture to the World Seamlessly".

In recent years, Vinimex has gradually expanded its business area and network throughout the world. The company currently has many offices in Southeast Asia with experienced and professional staff. Vinimex Group has also rapidly grown in the transportation and logistics industry in Vietnam.

With human resources and social service goals put in the focus for business development, Vinimex Group has successfully built a set of 5 core values for the organization: Love, Solidarity, Justice, Equality, and Consistency. Through the years, Vinimex Groups has always implemented the regimes and policies, ensuring the rights and interests of employees in accordance with the provisions of the Law. These include policies that show responsibilities towards its employees (Social, health insurance, occupational safety and hygiene, social benefits for employees, and more) and ensuring the rights and interests of employees.

All of Vinimex Group’s employees have stable incomes, gradually improving both their material and spiritual lives. All of Vinimex Group’s employees are assigned suitable jobs and are entitled to buy social insurance, body insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, medical examination, and treatment insurance, and receive periodic health check-ups (In particular, female employees are examined by specialists once a year). The company is always proactive in improving working conditions and working environment, creating better preventive measures to prevent occupational accidents at work and occupational diseases, and ensuring that business activities are always safe, continuous, and highly efficient.

Every year, Vinimex Group’s employees will have internal or international teambuilding, and receive visits and allowances when they are sick or at risk like being affected by natural disasters, and more. On national holidays and the New Year, the company regularly organizes visits to give gifts to retired cadres and trade union members, thereby showing its care and concern for the staff's life, both physically and mentally. Vinimex Group has also maintained its well-organized work of rewarding children with excellent academic achievements; regularly organizing entertaining activities for its employees’ children on International Children's Day, June 1st, and the Mid-Autumn Festival; and supporting poor students and children with birth defects by giving gifts.

Since 2020, the Covid-19 epidemic has deeply affected business activities, causing the Vinimex Group to face many financial difficulties. Nonetheless, its leaders have tried many solutions to ensure all of its employees can keep their positions; Vinimex Group has successfully implemented a policy to balance financial resources to maintain the salary for employees from 2020 to the present. The company has mentored its employees to improve their responsibilities, actively participate in epidemic prevention measures, and quickly implement many measures to protect its workers' health and working conditions such as: spraying disinfectant, equipping hand wash with antiseptic, checking body temperature, quality face masks, spraying anti-epidemic drugs, etc.

The company has well-ensured the living and accommodation conditions for its employees who had to stay on-call 24/7 at the stations when the epidemic broke out, immediately providing allowances to employees who were considered F0, F1.

Ever since the day it was founded, the Vinimex Group has always had a desire to build a road of agricultural products. Connecting global agriculture, successfully building a road of Vietnam - Cambodia agricultural products during the past decade. Besides that, the company built free and dedicated customs training programs for the industry.

Sharing love and serving society is what Vinimex Group always keeps in mind during its development. With all its heart, the Vinimex Group has implemented many programs to share and contribute to making society better and more prosperous. These programs include building 4 Nhan Nghia bridges in the Southwest region in 2017; building a Nhan Nghia bridge in the Central region in 2018; donating VND 500 million to the Central region to fight flood in 2020; the company supported fuel costs for the ambulances during Covid-19 throughout Dong Nai province, specifically in the Ho Chi Minh Area in 2021; shared Tet gifts in 30 wards and communes of Dong Nai province and gifts to households having victims of dioxin poison in 2022.

Besides that, every year the Vinimex Group donates to orphanages via the Mid-Autumn Festival Volunteer Fund for disadvantaged children from 2019.
