Established in 1996, the company experienced 27 years of construction and development. Now, TNG is known as one of the leading private economic groups operating in fields such as Urban & Industrial Park Development; Management; Real Estate Leasing; Trade – Service; Hotel; Energy, and Finance - Banking.

Corporate Culture & Company Activities
At TNG, one of the two key pillars that stands parallel to the organizational structure is the corporate culture. Culture plays a vital role in developing the organization, orienting behavior, and instructing all members of the organization, from the leadership to the employees, to act and operate according to the shared standards that have been laid out.

TNG is unwavering in its commitment to reducing the number of obstacles that inhibit organizational flexibility. As a result, TNG met with expert consulting organizations, carried out a review of the organization's core values, and released a new set of values. The number of core values was reduced from five to three, and are as follows: Integrity, Responsibility, And Efficiency. This new value, dubbed ROX, makes the organization’s structure leaner, stronger, and more responsive, and it ensures that employees can adapt to any situation.

Concurrently, TNG also evaluated the level of maturity of the corporate culture and found that it had reached level 5/6 (according to the rating system used by Blue C). This is an improvement in comparison to the level 1 discovered during the 2020-2021 time period.
Achievements and Impact
TNG has maintained its growth scale with over 3,800 employees. To continue its human resource development activities, the company executes comprehensive training and human resource development initiatives for employees across the organization while maintaining a steady number of employees in the organization is an important goal. To be more specific, in 2022, TNG arranged for 115 employees throughout the system to participate in 3,665 training courses.

In addition to retaining its position and maintaining its brand in major cities like as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, TNG has aggressively entered the urban development market in inter-provincial cities, which includes the housing and industrial zone markets. In each area, TNG provides adaptable urban concepts that are ideal for the particular economic, geographical, and cultural qualities of each project. The company provides product diversity and makes an effort to reach segments that are currently lacking in markets. These markets are still resilient and highly liquid, business activities in 2022 also achieved spectacular growth with revenue reaching VND 32,886 billion - a 274% increase over 2021 - and a profit reaching VND 1,499 billion.

TNG has taken the advice of Ipsos, one of the top five market research companies in the world, and implemented the model of "Maturity in Customer Experience" (CX Maturity) to evaluate the touch points at member companies. The company will be gradually building an overall picture of its customer experience, implementing a roadmap for a 3-year and 5-year period.

TNG has also formally executed its initial foundational phases of this initiative in 2023. These steps include standardizing customer opinion-gathering platforms, developing touchpoint journeys (both offline and online), and launching “Popplife” a project that provides loyalty solutions for the TNG ecosystem.

Besides that, 2022 and 2023 are the years in which TNG actively pushes activities related to digital transformation and applies Gartner's digital transformation evaluation model as a criteria to define development targets. TNG is one of the few multi-industry businesses in Vietnam that has designed and first successfully released its own Customer Data Platform system, the smart hotel management system (Sojo), the resident management system (Splus), and more. TNG's employees are among the pioneers who have worked on this project, and so far have successfully fulfills all of the initiative's stated goals.

Future Direction
TNG's strategic approach for the future involves several key initiatives. First, the repositioning of the brand to align with the new era and corporate culture aims to boost competitive strength. Simultaneously, there's a strong emphasis on enhancing the company’s customer experience. The company is making significant investments in Loyalty, CRM, and CDP projects to establish the groundwork for improving customer loyalty and streamlining business operations in the years to come.

In addition to these efforts, TNG is adapting its business policies flexibly to match the market's dynamics. It is creating a conducive environment for its robust sectors (such as real estate leasing and operations, energy, and finance) to optimize both revenue and profit. For sectors more susceptible to market fluctuations, like real estate and hospitality, the company remains committed to restructuring and innovating new products to proactively prepare for the future.
