IPP Travel Retail recorded USD 17 million in revenue in 2019 in its retail chain business and USD 10 million in its airport advertising business. The company has kept continued growing despite the setbacks caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Last April and August 2022, IPP Travel Retail opened 2 new store concepts at Tan Son Nhat airport which are the Travel Express concept and the TR Galleria concept. Besides, IPP Travel Retail has also become an exclusive distributor of more international brands such as Irvins from Singapore, K-Beauty brands from South Korea, My Walit from Thailand, Thomas Sabo from Germany, etc.
Last June 2022, IPP Travel Retail was honored to be a co-host of the Routes Asia 2022 in Da Nang, Vietnam, which drew over 500 delegates from more than 200 airlines, airports, and air service suppliers from 42 countries. Following these successes and aiming toward its long-term vision, IPP Travel Retail is keen on opening new stores and bringing more global brands to diversify the shopping experiences of its customers.
Future Direction
On the company’s journey of “bringing the world’s elite to Vietnam”, IPP Travel Retail aims to apply technology to business expansion, bringing customer experience to a new level in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
It also aims to develop more store concepts and open new stores in 2023. Additionally, IPP Travel Retail will continue to selectively search for the best premium brands, developing many more categories of products for superior delivery, and offering the best values to its customers and partners.
