Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TRACODI) was established on October 30, 1990, and formerly known as Transport Investment and Development Corporation (TRACODI) – a State-owned enterprise under Ministry of Transport and Post. With its innovation, the company has transformed and officially operated as a joint stock company with 100% private capital since April 24, 2015. In May 2017, Tracodi was officially listed on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange with stock code TCD.
With the vision of becoming one of the leading General Contractor in Vietnam in the field of construction: civil, industrial and infrastructure, focusing on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and renewable energy. We have created ongoing benefits and value for shareholders, customers and society as a whole. TRACODI has asserted its brand in the market.
On the journey of more than 30 years, although faced with challenges, we are proud of overcoming difficulties, we have transformed and moved forwards. We are continuing to put more efforts and take TRACODI to next level in the future.

With the business philosophy of "People oriented", Tracodi considers each employee as an indispensable part of the company's sustainable development. With our spirit of “Learning to give”, Tracodi, its holding company and its members have been providing ongoing support to underprivileged people across the country with the contribution of more than VND 100 billion through various CSR initiatives.

Under management of Bamboo Capital Group (BCG) - its holding company - Tracodi has built a solid foundation with 5 subsidiaries, 3 affiliates, and a workforce of more than 400 employees (as of December 31, 2021). Currently, Tracodi is one of the core members of BCG.
Since 2020, we have promoted a competitive advantage for the group by creating an eco-system including diversified companies and Tracodi is one of these. We have supported each other to grow. We have worked in the spirit of mutual support and development with a common purpose to bring value for all members in the group, for shareholders, for society and for the community.
With our enormous effort, we were honored in the Top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam, Top 10 fastest growing enterprises in Vietnam, and in 2020 we’re awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister and the Traditional Flag from Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for our contributions to the country.
