Olam Food Ingredients (ofi) is a new operating group born out of Olam. ofi offers sustainable, natural, value-added food products and ingredients so that consumers can enjoy the healthy and indulgent products they love. It consists of industry-leading businesses in cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts, and spices. ofi has built a unique global value chain presence including its farming operations, farm-gate origination, and manufacturing facilities. ofi partners with customers, leveraging its complementary and differentiated portfolio of "on-trend" food products, to co-create solutions that anticipate and meet changing consumer preferences as demand increases for healthier food that's traceable and sustainable.
ofi commenced operations in Vietnam in 1997, setting up its representative office. Since then, it has established an extensive presence across different parts of Vietnam, including its head office in Ho Chi Minh City and regional offices in Binh Dinh, Long An, Dong Nai, Phu Yen, Lam Dong, Yen Bai, and Gia Lai Provinces.

Today, ofi Vietnam is currently the largest exporter of Cashews, Pepper & Instant Coffee in Vietnam, and runs seven large factories with 7,500 employees across Central & South Vietnam. Its operations have an interface with a farmer network of 2 million farmers. It is also among the largest exporter of Green Coffee in Vietnam.
In 2022, it has marked a great milestone by being named among Vietnam's Best Companies to Work for in Asia by the HR Asia Magazine for 5 consecutive years. Besides, ofi Vietnam has been recognized as Best Employers in Vietnam by Kincentric for the third time in a row in 2021 and achieved Gender-inclusive Workplace – the 1st Runner up by Women's Empowerment Principles (WEP)s Awards in 2021.
