Nova Service joins hands with NovaGroup to carry out a lot of CSR activities with a total budget of more than VND1,000 billion, benefiting millions of people nationwide. Its CSR activities focus on 3 key areas: education, healthcare, and the environment.

Some notable activities include the Green Up Vietnam initiative by NovaGroup – Millions of Green Trees for Brightening Lives. The company also cleans the beaches under the theme “Act for Brightening Lives”. Besides that, the company provides learning opportunities for children on a non-profit basis by building schools and providing scholarships from Nova Education. Nova Service involves in the “Joining hands for community health” program and provides medical examination and medicine distribution for people.

In addition, Nova Service has also organized programs to join hands with society such as Zero-dong supermarkets during the last pandemic, Dong Thap Potato stall supporting sweet potato farmers in Mekong Delta, a memorable summer trip for 600 children, and many more.
Achievements & Impact
In 2021, Nova Service has served more than 10 million visitors, managing 11 member companies and more than 50 brands. The company has initially completed the chain of utilities and services following international standards, and successfully developed market-leading brands such as CITIGYM, and a chain of high-class restaurants and coffee shops as well as many famous resorts and hotels.

To meet business growth demands, Nova Service and its business units are preparing a workforce of nearly 16,000 by 2022.

The company implements some strategies to achieve sustainable growth. Nova Service enhances cooperation with the world’s leading partners and brands to provide a full range of international standard services and products to customers. Nova Services also builds and develops a full range of services and products varying from F&B, fashion, and hospitality to entertainment, sports, and wellness to create tourism destinations. It focuses on sustainable development through long-term investment in education and healthcare. It invests in Nova Education to provide high-quality human resources and Nova Healthcare to offer European-standard medical services, helping to reduce pressure on the health sector.

Future Direction
Nova Service aims to serve more than 30 million domestic and 6 million international tourists by 2025, contributing 17% & 25% respectively to the target of welcoming visitors to the country.

Nova Hospitality plans to open more than 43 hotels and resorts, aiming to become a leading enterprise in the service sector, serving more than 3.6 million local and international visitors by 2023. Nova Dreams will also open 8 theme parks, attracting more than 3 million local visitors.

In the retail sector, Nova FnB is expected to open more than 500 restaurants and cafes nationwide. Nova Commerce also aims to develop 300 supermarkets by 2023.

In the community sector, the company will develop a network of more than 25 family clinics, international polyclinics, and hospitals by 2026; and plans to operate 3 educational and training institutions at the secondary level, colleges, and universities by 2023.

Nova Service hopes to create a full range of international-standard services and products, gradually contributing to renewing destinations, stimulating tourism demand, raising service standards, and upgrading the local workforce skills.
