Dat Xanh Real Estate Services Jsc (DXS) is a leading real estate company listed on HOSE that provides nationwide coverage across the entire Vietnam peninsula. It has the largest brokerage system and market share in Vietnam. It has a 33% market share of the primary brokerage market in Vietnam, and a share capital of VND3,582 billion. Under DXS, there are 60 member companies, and the company provides real estate services such as primary brokerage, secondary brokerage, property management, financial services, and other services.

DXS’s vision is to be the No.1 comprehensive financial and real estate service solution provider in Vietnam and the region. It aims to provide service beyond expectations. DXS practices the core values of Aspiration, Integrity, Profession, and Humanities.

DXS provides housing support where its employees can buy a house from it at a discount of up to 15%. Employees only have to pay 50% of the house value in advance according to the construction progress, the remaining 50% in installments within 5 years from the date of receiving the house without paying interest. For employees with many achievements and long-term attachments, DXS will donate a house to them.
Achievements & Impact
2021 marks the sustainable development of DXS when net revenue increased by 33.2% over the same period, equivalent to VND4,329 billion; profit after tax reached VND873 billion. When DXS continued to expand the system to increase market coverage, the market share increased from 30% to 33%, equivalent to additional growth of 10% compared to 2020.

In 2021, DXS has established 12 more companies, notably the International Real Estate Company to provide Vietnamese real estate services to foreigners and abroad real estate services for Vietnamese people.

From the beginning of 2022 up to now, DXS has established 7 more member companies in potential markets such as Central Highlands, Binh Phuoc, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Vinh Long, Long An, Dong Nai, and Ho Chi Minh City.

With great achievements and outstanding efforts, on April 22, 2022, DXS was honored to receive the award either in Vietnam or across Asia.

Future Direction
DXS has been expanding its footprint nationally since the year 2003 up until the year 2018. From the year 2019 onwards, DXS enters the service expansion phase. Its strategy is to deliver a full ecosystem of real estate-related services, including brokerage business strategies, fee-based business strategies, and digitalization strategies.

In brokerage business strategies, DXS will solidify its position as the #1 broker in Vietnam by strengthening primary brokerage and expanding into a secondary brokerage. Fee-based business strategies allow DXS to cross-sell other services to become a fully integrated broker and capitalize on higher margin fee-based businesses. Digitalization strategies make DXS focus on leveraging technological capabilities to maximize competitive advantage in a consolidating industry.
