Established in 1997, Dai Tan Viet JSC aka. New Viet Dairy is a leading importer and distributor of food, beverage, and food ingredients in Vietnam. The Company supplies uncompromised quality products procured from worldwide approved manufacturers to all kinds of Industrial users, Hospitality users, and Food Retailers. Besides the world’s famous dairy & fat products, meat & seafood, grocery brands such as Paysan Breton, Tamar Valley, Tatua, Certified Angus Beef, Heinz, and so on, New Viet Dairy also owns Bottega Zelachi – a famous butter and cheese brand, and Bottega Zelachi Ranch – a high-quality meat brand.

New Viet Dairy’s integrated distribution system operates from 11 locations nationwide under a full quality control & management system, to ensure its products are promptly delivered in a consistent and original state to its end users.

Its focus is to provide opportunities for employees to perform their best, celebrate careers, reward results, and encourage efforts. Every year, internal activities are specially designed for all staff, departments, and teams. This year, with the key theme of “GO BEYOND”, New Viet Dairy emphasizes programs to help employees become a better version of themselves.

To improve the quality of health and life, New Viet Dairy sponsored a New Viet Gastronomy Running Club in late 2021 providing professional coaches to all employees nationwide. Starting August 2022, a CSR activity – the virtual run named Run-Love-Smiles takes place for each kilometer run by the employees and family members, the Company will donate VND1,000 to the Operation Smile Organization, which in turn helps 25 children have cleft palate surgery.

Achievements & Impact
With 25 years of operation, New Viet Dairy is proud to be chosen by more than 60 top suppliers and brands in the world as a partner in the field of import & distribution of food, and raw materials. It offers culinary solutions for more than 6,000 professional customers nationwide with an average revenue above USD250 million/year.

The Company provides more than 700 SKUs for B2B sales and more than 1000 SKUs for retail distribution. New Viet Dairy owns 02 mega distribution centers in the North and the South of Vietnam; 09 medium-sized distribution warehouses, and 06 localized representative branches in key cities nationwide.

During the COVID-19 outbreak, the Company maintained bonuses and benefits for employees despite a sharp decrease in revenue. Various workshops and training programs took place to improve the mental health of the staff. Therefore, its pride index was up to 92.4% in 2021.

One of the new Company's achievements is building a New Viet Gastronomy Factory that provides cut & wrap services. In April 2022, the Factory produced the fresh cheese brand Bottega Zelachi – a product made in collaboration with leading Italian culinary experts, using quality ingredients imported from Europe.

Future Direction
New Viet Dairy continues to leverage its leading position by focusing on three cornerstones, including high quality products, good services, and people development.

In terms of quality products, the Company is going to expand the portfolio with new high-end brands for key categories.
