The company’s establishment was based on the merger of 3 units including Kaolin exploiting and processing enterprise, Union of Ceramic Enterprises, and Song Be Ceramics Factory.

In 2021, the Company’s main operating area was in Binh Duong and the Southeastern region which were adversely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, causing the real estate and construction market to stall. However, with solid courage and flexible solutions, BIMICO team overcame the challenge and achieved quite positive business results compared to the market, with revenue of VND884.27 billion and profit after tax of VND252.81 billion, equivalent to 90.3% of the plan. In 2022, KSB set a target of VND1,200 billion in revenue and VND350 billion in profit before tax. KSB is proud to be one of the pioneering enterprises in the mining industry, manufacturing building materials and industrial parks. KSB's products are always highly appreciated and trusted by many big investors and contractors in the market, earning the company many noble awards from the Vietnamese Party, Government, and Binh Duong province.
