CSR activities: BE-ing a Vietnamese tech company, we are THE CONNECTOR between customers and service providers and helping to create more values for society, corporate social responsibility is not exclusive. That is why CSR activities are always a part of our core business in order to provide better support for the community. These are the highlights of our activities: (1) Raising traffic safety awareness: Giving 10,000 quality helmets to soldiers, people, and especially children in underprevileged areas; Cooperating with traffic safety programs to raise awareness to the public: "Walkathon with the theme of No driving under influence". (2) Accompanying daily activities: Sponsorship and partnership, from the award at Kings Cup final to sponsoring the Vietnamese national team from the period between 2019 and 2022. (3) Giving a helping hand with common issues within Vietnam: Donating to relief efforts of Ha Tinh forest fire; donating moon cakes in order to thank medical staff, doctors, frontline medical staff who have been fighting Covid-19 pandemic. (4) Supporting drivers community: Helping beBike driver whose child was injured during the fallen tree accident at Bach Dang Secondary School; VND 200 million given to 1000 drivers during the first outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic for the "A challenging journey with us" program.

Growth Initiatives
With the ride-hailing app Be, featuring many services including beBike (2-wheeler booking service) and beCar (4-wheeler booking service), beTaxi, beFinancial, beExpress, be Di Cho, beLoyalty, Ve Xe Khach and beDelivery. These services help to open a potential ecosystem that are willing to welcome other businesses to collaborate and develop. beGroup's services provide a solution for linking services and supporting transactions, simplifying the complexities of everyday life, with the desire to become a bridge between all customers and service providers. beGroup's purpose is to provide the best services to customers and strictly comply to all provisions of Vietnam law. In 2020, under covid-19 pandemic impacts, Be Group has been proactive to minimize operation cost, conduct aggressive human resources policy to prevent covid-19 spread out, strictly follow authorities to shut down all the services in the entire Vietnam, prepare 3 business scenarios, adaptive to each scenario of the market, introduce market situation fit products such as: Shopping service (beĐichợ), incar wrap, facemask giveaway to drivers, etc. Positive outcomes: beĐichợ (beShopping) launched with 100% growth week over week; Business recovers 100% after one month of operating again; new features, new services have been updated: improving customers experiences.

Achievements and Impact
In October 2020. the app has over 10 million users and total trips completed are over 80 million with more than 350,000 trips requested every day. With a shocking 100,000 beDriver community and it is ranked number 2 and the only Vietnamese company in the top 3 of most developed ride-hailing business in the market. Since established, Be Group has provided several benefits for customers: Provide qualified ride hailing services: ranked 2nd place in market for only 8 months after launching; Provide a new option for ride hailing service (the one and only Vietnamese representative entrepreneur in ride hailing industry). For drivers community: Increase income and benefits for tech-drivers community: competitive income policy for tech-drivers community; a pioneer unit brings healthcare insurance for drivers; For industry: Increase ride hailing service standards: Rating from users for bes drivers has been increased from 4.6 to 4.9; cooperate with Government (Ministry of Labor, Invalids, & Social Welfare) to conduct creditable training course for tech-drivers community; A new player with unique business model (Transportation business), following the local legal framework proves that Vietnamese start-up with high determination will create more values for transport field.; Offer numerous solutions to transport, technology for authorities: (1): beGroup’s solution to “National data” at National forum for Tech-entrepreneur development - Make in Vietnam (May, 2019) with the attendance of Prime Minister; (2): Be Group’s solution to “Transport in smart city” at National forum of E-government (Sept 2020) with the attendance of various authorities, internal and external experts.
