As part of a global expansion, Concentrix expanded its footprints in the emerging Vietnam market in September 2017. Ever since, the company has grown with over 1000+ headcount, seven logos and three state-of-the-art sites at Ho Chi Minh City.
There is a firm belief within the organization to continuously create and upgrade talent development initiatives that help growth of its staff. There are online, and instructor led learning programs available – level wise, skill based, need based. A total of 8488+ hours have been invested for 100% staff to help them scale in their personal and professional journeys.
With an unexpected arrival of global pandemic, the company has successfully diversified its approach to virtual learning programs.
