During the pandemic, all training activities, meetings and advertising are done online and many customer support policies are introduced. The Company possesses an extensive system with 64 member units, 5 representative offices, 12 trading floors in many cities and provinces. Also, there are approximately 3,000 experienced employees. Not only that, the Company Accorded more than 200 awards and titles. Future Direction
Moving forward Hung Thinh plans to offer shares to the public through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). With this step, Hung Thinh Land will undertake all investments, development, and business of 100 real estate projects of the corporation.
Hung Thinh also plans to expand the use of digital intelligence with the first real estate transaction management system in Vietnam for both buyers and sellers.
Hung Thinh is willing to cut its profit margin to support customers facing difficulties as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic by giving 5% discount for payments, 7-10% discount for medical staff, 20-80% off normal rate for commercial centres rent, free rent for those operating in the education sector and cooperating with banks to offer dual financial solutions, including home loans up to 70% and consumer loans up to VND 300 million.
