Vinamit JSC is a leading company in the agriculture processing industry. Vinamit manufactures a wide range of soft dried fruits, vacuum fried fruits and frozen dried fruit products. With over 30 years of experience, Vinamit is proud to deliver the finest, natural, organic and healthy dried fruits to their customers around the world. Vinamit uses organic products certified by the USDA, EU and China Organic.

Vinamit is now going global, putting Vietnamese products on the world map and motivating other Vietnamese companies to upgrade. Vinamit is also taking initiatives to care for the wellbeing of the Vietnamese community both locally and overseas.

President of Vinamit, Nguyen Lam Vien shares that “Organic is not for those in the high socio-economic status, organic is for everyone who perceives a healthy lifestyle.”

Bringing Vietnam’s agriculture to a higher level, the Company started off with its very own Vinamit Organic Farm. Vinamit’s current step is to educate the market on the health benefits of organic products and how to live healthy. Vinamt wants more people to understand that organic products are not limited to the top 10 percent of the market but it’s for everyone. The Company is confident there is a huge market for organic products in the food industry in the future.

Corporate Culture & Company Activities
A healthy work environment is important to Vinamit. The Company provides healthy organic lunch to its staff daily. Vinamit also organises company events for staff on understanding and adopting positive working mindsets and programmes to enhance their skills and language proficiency. Conferences are also organised to teach and advise start-ups on exporting their products to China and to bring the Vietnamese brand to the international market.

For the next generation, Vinamit conducts and organizes events for university students, developing and educating the younger generation on organic products, health and exports, preparing them to venture into the agriculture industry.

As a community service, Vinamit provides fresh organic vegetable and organic rice to several orphanages in Vietnam monthly.

Achievements and Impact
Vinamit has been rapidly growing in recent years and is the first company in Vietnam to be awarded the Organic China certification and expanding its market in China. The Company has also successfully introduced Vietnamese organic products abroad and educated the people on eating healthy and eating organic. With the BRC Global Standards, Vinamit’s international team is also moving to the European region. The Company’s main business currently covers three major regions – USA, China and Asia and the European Union.

In Vietnam, the Company is expanding its official show room and plans to open up to 20 showrooms in Ho Chi Minh City and Danang. The Company also sends its staff to upgrade and upskill them.

Future Direction
Moving forward, Vinamit hopes to achieve a higher level of recognition for Vietnamese agriculture products globally and to gain the international community’s confidence in the products. The Company is also educating more people on the benefits of organic products.
