With these efforts, TPBank has been granted outstanding awards: Third-class Labor Medal awarded by the President in 2018 Certificate from Prime Minister “Achievements in implementing the Project of Restructuring the system of credit institutions in the period of 2011-2015”. Certificate from the Governor of the SBV “Having outstanding achievements contributing to the completion of the Bank’s mission in 2014-2015”. The most innovative digital bank in Vietnam for 4 consecutive years from 2014 to 2017 Moody’s upgraded its credit rating to B1 with a stable outlook; Top 10 strongest banks in Vietnam (Asian Banker Magazine), top 500 strongest banks in Asia. Appreciating our enormous efforts, Moody’s upgraded TPBank’s credit rating to B2 – the highest level among commercial banks in Vietnam.

TPBank’s business includes capital mobilisation, credit operations, payment services and retail and wholesale of new goods in specialised stores such as buying and selling of gold, jewellery and fine arts and metals and metal ores.

In 2018, TPBank successfully listed 555 million shares on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange, marking a major turning point in its stable and sustainable operation process. TPBank also received much attention from foreign investors. Many prestigious domestic and international organizations have also highly appreciated TPBank with prestigious awards.

Corporate culture & company activities
Besides business activities, TPBank also focuses on building a strong workforce, developing corporate culture, taking care of all aspects of employees’ lives and actively participating in social and charity activities. TPBank provides a comprehensive package of compensation, insurance and welfare benefits to employees as stipulated by the Labour Law. TPBank regularly organises visits to the unfortunates; organizes sports and arts programmes, internal competitions, meetings to celebrate holidays such as International Women Day 8/3, Vietnamese Women day 20/10, rewards children during the Mid-Autumn Festival and International Children’s Day. In addition, TPBank also organises training courses to improve the professional skills and soft skills of employees.

TPBank has created many breakthrough products such as LiveBank - 24/7 automatic banking model, Savy – Versatile saving application, QuickPay - payment by QR code, e-banking, etc. TPBank has successfully applied T’Aio virtual assistant with AI Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology, voice and fingerprintbased customer recognition system, etc. All such unique product has helped TPBank become the first bank with a diversified and outstanding digital banking ecosystem in Vietnam

In 2019, TPBank continued to further improve the quality of customer service and management systems, strengthened risk management, explored and developed new products and services, and expanded brand coverage network in regions throughout the country. Keeping close to its strategic directions in business development, TPBank has achieved impressive figures. Currently, TPBank has more than 5,000 employees stationed in its head office, 76 branches, transaction offices and 130 transaction points of LiveBank throughout the country.
