Introduction
Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Service Trading Co., Ltd. (Tan Hoang Minh Group) was founded in 1993 in Ho Chi Minh City. Tan Hoang Minh Group has been doing business in many fields, mainly manufacturing & exporting rattan products, passenger transportation, hotel and business housing development.

Tan Hoang Minh Group started the taxi passenger business in 1995. By 2001, the number of passenger cars reached 700, accounting for 20- 25% of the market in Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang and Hanoi, strengthening the brand “V20 Taxi - Tan Hoang Minh”.

In 1998, Tan Hoang Minh Group invested in the production of rattan and bamboo products under the Ratex brand. The products were exported to more than 10 countries, including France, Spain, Turkey, Italy and the US. The products have won many awards in major international fairs.

From 1993, Tan Hoang Minh Group invested in real estate, which has since become the core business of the Group. Since 2006, the Group has focused on investing and developing high-end projects in prime locations in the centre of Hanoi. The Group’s business philosophy of “Progress, Efficiency, Sustainable, Passionate, Perfect”, reflects its enthusiasm and desire to bring the best and most durable products to customers.

Company Culture and Company Activities
The Group considers people as the most important asset for its development. The Company regularly organizes professional training courses for its employees as well as social activities like vacation trips. It also encourages communications between the management and employees to create a conducive working environment and for employees to propose new ideas. With these initiatives in place, work efficiency has improved and Tan Hoang Minh Group has a build a distinct and unique corporate culture.

The Board of Management also focused on developing and applying information technology in the management and business activities of the Company. The Company has set five goals under its digital transformation exercise -makes it easy, convenient and easy to manage and deploy the services and improve labour productivity.

The Group always participates in social activities, including major sponsorship for events such as the Shark Tank Program for a second season with a total sponsorship value of up to 29 billion VND and the Formula 1 with a value of 2 million USD/year for 5 years.

Achievements and Impact
The Group currently operates in the two major cities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with nearly 600 employees. It also has branches in other cities, including Nha Trang, Hai Duong, and some provinces of Vietnam.

Future Direction
The Company hopes to expand its existing land area to more than 30 projects and develop more projects in the provinces. From 2020-2023, it hopes to increase gross floor area from one million to 1.5 million m2 each year and to between 2 to 2.5 million m2 from 2023-2025. The Company also hopes to complete the construction of the largest furniture complex in Southeast Asia with a total investment of more than USD 100 million. The Company also plans IPO in 2021 or 2022. The size of the Group is expected to reach 3,000 - 5,000 employees over the period 2023 – 2025.
