The Company organises regular activities both for employees and the community. Internal activities are aimed at engaging leaders with employees and employees with other employees to build up DatVietVAC’s culture through boot camps, training, team building, a year end party and Happy Friday. Furthermore, contributing to the community has always been the Company’s priority. This included sponsoring the Nam Phuong Foundation (NPF) to build bridges for the poor. We don’t just build bridges, we build gateways of opportunities for those in need.
Working together with the NPF and local governments, the Company is dedicated to improving the lives of these communities through micro-infrastructure projects that are low cost, high impact and long term. We believe that by supporting local projects we can make a greater impact on issues that would not normally be addressed by larger philanthropic organizations. Additionally, we continuously strive to create greater positive impact on society year by year by sponsoring the Charity Fun Run of British Business Group Vietnam (BBGV), a longstanding partnership.

DatVietVAC’s impact on the Vietnamese cultural landscape is enormous. One of their TV drama series, Sticky Rice & Plain Rice (Gao Nep Gao Te) achieved #1 in Google searches in Vietnam with 5.1 billion impressions on Youtube & Facebook. Another outstanding national achievement is “Nguoi Ay la Ai”, the 1st dating show in Vietnam to change the perception of the LGBT community, reaching top trending on YouTube. Both programs were recognized by the Youtube Premier Global Case Study for the highest CCU locally and
globally.
As Vietnam’s largest provider of entertainment, the Company has the ability to set a tone that has the potential to greatly impact the entire future generations in everything from ethics to world perception. The content has crossed borders, appealing mostly to the
many Vietnamese communities around the world, in particular in the US, Australia, Canada and Korea. The Company plans to expand its initiatives to the OTT business and eSports.
The Company’s growth strategy is to continue to provide customized premium content through heavy investment in new formats, production and use of technology.
