In 1998, Mrs. Le Hong Thuy Tien was the president of Mien Dong Supermarket which in the largest supermarket in Vietnam at that time with more than 10,000 m2 and more than 20,000 merchandises. She joined IPP group since 2004, leading the company to a new successful level with the expansion of the luxury fashion retails, building lasting relationships with the major fashion houses in the world. She was named as one of the most successful female entrepreneurs in Asia several internationally known magazines and newspaper such as Forbes, The Guardian, Marie Claire US & Australia, Harper Bazaar, Her World Singapore.
