Since he was in secondary school, he was determined to reach his goal of running his own business when he grew up. Though his grades in the secondary school were excellent and entitled him to study in the Sciences and Mathematics Program, he chose to study in the Art-Mathematics program. He believed that it would give him a good foundation in English and enable him to study at a very prominent business college, the Assumption Business Administration College (ABAC).
40 years ago, ABAC was the only Business College in Thailand that used English as the language medium in teaching. Mr. Kettivit believed that to be successful in business, he must be able to communicate fluently in English which has proved correct over the years. After his graduation, he successfully paved the way in his career until he founded his own company when he was 27 years old. From an SME Logistics Service Provider company in 1991, today, LEO is a publicly listed company with a market capitalization of almost TBH 2,000 million with over 400 staff. The company is considered one of the leading and most highly respected logistics companies in Thailand.

He has been elected to become the Director of the Thailand International Freight Forwarders Association (TIFFA) for more than 15 consecutive periods and was elected to be the President of the association from 2013 to 2019. Currently, he is the Chartered President of the association. He is also regularly appointed to be the Advisor or a Working Committee member related to logistics industries for various government agencies and the National Assembly.
