V. One Asset Co., Ltd. (“V. One Asset”) was established in 1988 as part of Thai Life Insurance Group. The Company first started with just a single property and has now expanded to 17 properties. It has also professionalised its operations by bringing in outside expertise to help manage the Company.
As of present, the Company operates in two key sectors: property and beverages. The Company owns and manages 15 apartments with over 1700 rooms located across the country. Most of the tenants are young professionals who value and appreciate the safety, cleanliness and convenience these apartments provide. Additionally, V. One Asset also owns Novotel Rayong Rimpae Resort. Every year the hotel attracts visitors from far flung corners of the earth due to its location on Bann Pae beach which is considered as one of Rayong’s most beautiful beaches. Moreover, the Company is also the distributor of beverages for Thai Asia Pacific Brewery which includes brands such as Heineken, Guinness, Kilkenny and Tiger beer.
V. One Asset strives to become a long lasting and established firm within the hospitality industry in Thailand. The Company hopes to achieve this through the continuation of diversification in its portfolio. The different revenue streams help to make sure that the company can remain in a financially stable position. Besides, the experience and meticulous processes used by the management team will help the Company to constantly adapt and cater to the changing needs of the consumers.
