Introduction
Thonglor International Pet Hospital opened its doors in 1994 and is the first 24-hours pet hospital. The Company aims to become the leading pet hospital in Southeast Asia by providing the best veterinary healthcare. The Company’s strategy for customers can be described as the ‘Total Solution’ for pet care. Thonglor International Pet Hospital’s corporate values comprises of LIFE (Listen and Learn, Innovation, Focus on Quality and Efficiency, and Empathy and Ethics).

At present, Thonglor International Pet Hospital manages the largest network of private pet hospitals in Thailand, with 12 full-service hospitals, and potentially one of the most advanced veterinary care in Southeast Asia. The Company has 19 specialised clinics (e.g. dermatology/ skin, ophthalmology/eye, cardiology/heart, etc.), and advanced imaging diagnosis centers (CT scan, ultrasound, endoscopy, etc.) in order to deliver the best possible healthcare to pets. The Company understands that happiness complements wellness, which is why it also provides a variety of pet-related services such as medical grooming, pet supplies shop, post-surgery physical therapy, pet pool for recreational purposes, o-zone spa, and other pet-related services and products.

To establish their reputation as an educational institution, the Thonglor Pet Academy’s Vet Training Programme was founded. The programme invites world-class lecturers from highly-regarded institutions to provide seminars and workshops.

Corporate Social Responsibility is the Company’s key focus in instilling employee’s moral values. Since the Thonglor International Pet Hospital’s inception, it has provided complimentary vaccinations, primary medical care and neutering/spaying services to street dogs in Thailand. During the 2018 Rabies Virus outbreak, the Company provided complimentary vaccinations to pets living in Bangkok and Chiang Mai.

Furthermore, digital transformation is a priority to their development. The Company aims to further enhance its data-supported healthcare strategy with further integration of data between Hospital Information System and CRM in order to maximise the capabilities of their veterinary care. For instance, Thonglor Statistical Classification of Disease (TCD) enables veterinarians to more accurately and efficiently diagnose symptom code names and seek a standardised pathway to treatment. In addition, the digital systems allow for the tele-consulting and the sharing of knowledge between a network of veterinarian specialists.

In the future, Thonglor International Pet Hospital plans to expand its tertiary care service into other high-potential areas in Bangkok and provinces as well as other ASEAN countries. Additionally, the Company aims to create a win-win situation partnership with many local clinics
