Established in 2014 under the name Vending Corporation Co., Ltd., The registered name was later changed to Sabuy Technology Public company limited in 2019. The Company started business as a manufacturer and distributor of top-up kiosks. The Company provides top-up services for mobile phone, utility payments, monthly bill payments, top-up games, insurance purchase, and bank transfers and deposit services. Sabuy Technology services the majority of the public along the outskirts of the city and communities who find inconvenience in their payment of goods and services in remote areas. This business can also be built as a supplementary career in order to find income from being an owner of the Termsabuy Plus Top-up machine service as well.
Sabuy Technology has also expanded its services to the automatic can dispenser under the name “Vending Plus” by being a quality vending machine which provides a variety of drinking and beverages. In 2018, the Company expanded its business to a technology development service provider, by opening the service of food court system under the “SSM” name. SSM is a company which holds the market share of the food court system in Thailand. It focused on creating a technology ecosystem that supports and connects technology systems in all Sabuy Technology’s products.
With the advent of digitalisation, top-up businesses have faced various challenges, and Sabuy Technology is prepared to overcome these obstacles – by adjusting its services to be more responsive, by adding new services such as opening deposit services (e.g., transferring money into bank accounts via top-up kiosks starting with Krungthai Bank, Kasikornbank , Government Saving Bank and Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives). Moreover, Termsabuy Plus developed top-up kiosks to sell SIM cards starting with Truemove H in March 2019.

In addition, it helped the Institute Galya Rajanagarindra to raise more than 1.2 million baht in donations for further treatment of psychiatric patients. In 2018, Sabuy Technology generated over 1,087.96 million baht in revenue. Currently, the Company has more than 450 employees, divided into 3 main businesses namely; Top-Up Machine, Vending Machine and Food Court & POS Management System. The Company has more than 50,000 top-up kiosks, with transactions of 12 million times per month and total transaction value of over 570 million baht per month; vending machines amounting to 2,400 and a usage transaction of more than 3.1 million times per month, and food service systems providing more than 220 food centers with usage volume of over 12 million times per month.
Future Direction
Sabuy Technology has a policy to conduct business and support cashless society, with plans to expand the electronic money business (E-Payment provider platform) in order to connect transactions. In line with all types of shopping habits and daily usage needs of the Company’s target customers throughout Thailand. To allow customers to increase convenience in using the service and paying via automatic top-up machines automatic. Vending Machine and food court which will be able to create opportunities for growth for the entire business as a whole. In addition, the Company will continue to develop fast and secure technology and various operating systems.
