Introduction
Pongsak Aesthetic and Laser Clinic was established in 1990 as one of the first aesthetic and laser clinics in Thailand. Over the past 26 years it has expanded its operations to become a front-runner of affordable aesthetic care for teenagers.

Over two decades, the Company received the trust from its customers to take care of their concerns; however, their customers’ requirements eventually changed. At the same time, the global trend on aesthetic technology has shifted to non-invasive technology such as laser, radio frequency and ultrasound. In addition, aesthetic business in Thailand is significantly growing; not only from local demand but also from global customers, due to the support from both public and private sectors to drive Thailand to be the medical hub in South-East Asia. Due to demands, opportunities and passion of the management, the new era of Pongsak Clinic started in June 11, 2015 when the Company was reformed by new young shareholders with the willingness to transform the traditional aesthetic clinic to the first-choice-in-mind for affordable world class aesthetic and laser services in Thailand. The capital investment was increased from 1 million to 88 million THB to drive Pongsak Clinic to a new chapter.

At presents, Pongsak Clinic operates eight branches and has a plan to cover the major cities across the country. Three value propositions are being implemented to ensure the Company’s direction; namely, restructure - the Company has been restructured together with process improvement allowing it to have lean and effective operations. While the operating cost is systematically controlled, it can focus more on its customers; renovation - the new total look and feel of Pongsak Clinic was identified not only to give the first impression but create the experience to its customers through a comfortable atmosphere and professional service; reinvestment – the Company invests in two dimensions, technology and people. The global standard product including innovation solution such as laser equipment and scientific-proof medicine is carefully selected to ensure safety and the best result to customers. As human resource is the key success of its business, the Company invest in its employees by improving their knowledge and skills to ensure that they can provide the professional service to their valued customers.

Pongsak Clinic’s vision is to be the first-choice-in-mind for affordable world class aesthetic and laser services in Thailand.
