From the beginning, as a small business enterprise in Nan Province, Mr. Pisith, through his far-reaching vision, foresaw a promising business opportunity. With his diligence and the will to succeed, he established and developed a factory of Index Interfurn Company Limited.

From a furniture store to a factory producing red folding chairs, Index Interfurn Company Limited’s growth has been by stages, from expanding the factory to introducing variety to the product line with domestic clientele and exporting to more than 100 countries.

Since 1985, companies were set up to export as well as to import high-quality furniture from abroad, to penetrate the office furniture market, to purchase sales licenses, and to introduce Bangkok Franchise Co.,Ltd. in 1994 to further grow its business under the one-stop shopping center concept by providing the product brands; Index Furniture and Winner Furniture. Index Living Mall opened its first branch in Thailand since 2002 and in foreign countries since 2009 through a franchise format, along with the foray into related businesses such as the establishment of community malls in 2012, namely, The Walk and Little Walk.

Under Mr. Pisith’s leadership, the Company also launched the “POWER ONE” brands for home electrical appliance products. The latest business opportunity is “Younique Customised Furniture 4.0” that caters to the needs of the new generation who look for the most effective functionality. The entrepreneur was also the first in Thailand to import foreign brands, such as “Trend Design” in 1990 and many other brands to follow, namely, “BoConcept” in 2014, and “Momentous” in 2018.

The vision of Mr. Pisith is not confined to simply expanding the market, but also to further innovating the products from steel to particle boards. Furthermore, close attention is given to design, quality and the application of technology that has led to the quick and efficient delivery of products according to the demand of the customers.

In order to cover every aspect of the business, Mr. Pisith leads his employees towards the establishment of a distinctive market strategy and to form the linkage a diverse set of customers across all age groups and localities. Most recently, on July 26, 2019, Mr. Pisith reaffirmed the strength of Index Living Mall by registering “Index Living Mall Public Company Limited” in the Stock Exchange of Thailand to establish its position as the leader in furniture and home decoration retail business in Thailand bolstered by the strength of its great brand awareness and popularity that can easily attract customers to its stores while also promoting the synergy of the Company’s main business. At present, there are altogether 31 stores of Index Living Mall and 6 stores of Index Furniture Center covering over 22 provinces, while also being in the business of space rental and rendering of services at nine branches of The Walk, Little Walk and Index Mall.
