Mr. Nils Helander was born on 3rd December 1968. Swedish citizen, Mr. Nils held two master’s degrees in Mechanical engineering and Production Engineering from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland and from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. Also, Mr. Nils received Leadership training from Harvard Business School in Boston, USA. Mr. Nils is also fluent in English, Spanish, French, German and proficient in Thai and Portuguese.

In July 2016, Mr. Nils joined PANDORA Production Thailand, Gemopolis plant in Bangkok, as Senior Vice President, Manufacturing & Managing Director. As Senior Vice President, Manufacturing & Managing Director, Mr. Nils is accountable for managing manufacturing priorities, plus its performances, managing cross functional tradeoffs and allocating resources to ensure optimal output. Also, Mr. Nils is overseeing the alignments on overall strategic direction, leading manufacturing capability expansion including operational efficiency as well as ensuring delivering PANDORA’s products at the right quality, at affordable prices and at the right time.

Prior to joining PANDORA Production Thailand, Mr. Nils has previously held senior positions at several other multinational companies, plus had over 25 years end-toend supply chain experiences including R&D in leading FMCG companies in North America, Asia, Australia and Europe with Nestlé, HARIBO and Unilever of where he led the implementations on world-class supply chain practices both on regional and global scales.

PANDORA jewellery is sold in more than 100 countries on six continents through more than 7,700 points of sale, including more than 2,500 concept stores.
