He takes an active role in leading the operation of Royal Paragon Hall as “The Ultimate Venue in the Prestigious Location” with multi-functional purpose space located in conjunction with the most prestigious shopping center known as Siam Paragon, the pride of Bangkok. He developed and utilized competitive rate and value-added service to MICE customers.

Achieved set target during the very first year of operation of a new exhibition and convention venue with financial profit at efficient operating cost. Capabled of building and developing strong teamwork environment within the business unit while retaining the excellence of service to its best standard. Involved in developing Suanthip Vana Resort in winning the Gold Kinnaree Award from the Tourism Authority of Thailand with recognition as “The Best Environmental Friendly Resort in Northern Thailand.” To both, he contributes to developing business strategies and driving the companies towards world - class standard and leading position in MICE industry.

Talun has vast knowledge and extensive experience in hospitality and venue management as well as logistics, crowd control, and crisis management, and has led large scale of hotel and resorts, convention and exhibition centers, arena and cultural centers, in both local and international level. In addition, he is entrusted by government agencies and other non-governmental bodies as the President of Thai Exhibition Association (TEA), Board Member of Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) and Second Vice President of Asian Federation of Exhibition & Convention Associations (AFECA).
