Eastern Suntech Engineering & Construction Sdn. Bhd. (ES) was incorporated in 2011 by its Founder Mr. Vincent Ng Kheng Aik, an exemplary engineer who is a visionary leader focused on providing the most effective solutions for clients. Since its incorporation, ES has advanced greatly which speaks to the discipline and dedication of its personnel from varied engineering fields and its team who are young and energetic.ES’s vision is to be recognized as an upcoming industry leader in engineering and construction, known for its commitment to Quality, Safety, and Speed; it aims to achieve sustainable growth and create lasting value for ES’s clients, employees, and shareholders.

Corporate Culture & Company Activities
In its early stages, ES was focused on being an engineering company that provides support through material handling systems, and jigs and fixtures in the automotive industry. The turning point for ES was in 2016 with the introduction of Malaysia’s Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the automotive industry slowing down. ES then ventured into the construction sector, focusing on Civil and Structural Work after obtaining the CIDB G4 license. ES was honored with its first Turn-Key Project valued at RM 10 million in the year 2022 and had exponential growth in the year 2023 with a Turn-Key Project valued at RM 100 million, the company also obtained its CIDB G7 license in the same year.Today, ES has grown into a prominent institution, providing expert consultations and implementations to the numerous projects it has secured to date. ES has built up excellent working relationships with consultants, suppliers, institutions, and statutory bodies, which gives ES the capability to undertake all civil engineering works related to the metal industry in general and the mechanical design field in particular. To further ensure the quality of its services provided, ES is also undergoing an ISO audit which is due to be completed in the year 2024.

Achievements and Impact
ES has also started to diversify its business into CNC machining, the F&B sector, renovation; and even its own development projects which usually focus on the construction and sales of factory buildings agave their scope diversified. Furthermore, the company’s upcoming ESG initiatives have also been integrated into Industrialised Building Systems (IBS) which will reduce the carbon footprint caused by the construction of buildings for ES’s clients.Future Direction
Through the years, ES faced many challenges and hurdles during its rampant growth in the year 2023. With limited resources, ES managed to pull through with its prime focus of 3M – Manpower, Material, and Machinery. The company began hiring prospective talents and focused on grooming these individuals, as well as securing huge credit facilities from its suppliers which allowed ES to have a stronger cash flow to service its clients better. However, the management team is not stopping here, ES has ventured out of the northern region and is looking to expand nationwide with intentions to enter the international market eventually.With the end goal of being listed on Bursa Malaysia in the year 2028, ES shall continue to improve to be able to serve its clients better.
