During the lockdown period, the BCP team and its senior management team, headed by the multi-awarded President and Country Manager, Rienzi Ramirez, worked round the clock to strategize how [24]7.ai can continue growing the business to ensure livelihood for its employees. The lockdown didn’t stop them from growing, as they acquired four new logos during the pandemic.

Every department worked quickly to ensure they delivered the headcount required. As a result, its number of hires grew significantly from more than 3000 in 2019. [24]7.ai hired more than 8000 employees by the end of 2021, growing by 238%! The increase in headcount has significantly translated into its finances with a 203% increase in revenue from PHP.88 billion in 2019 to PHP1.79 billion in 2021.
