Sudhir Agarwal brings more than two decades of corporate leadership and management experience to his role as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Everise. With a proven record of helping enterprises achieve long-term growth and years of overseeing corporate mergers and acquisitions, migrations, business development, outsourcing, and vendor and client management, he has spearheaded multiple expansions for multiple companies in the customer experience (CX) industry.Today, Sudhir is at the helm of Everise leading and expanding the business operations to becoming the world’s leading customer experience solutions and technology business. To realise his vision, Sudhir first partnered with Everstone Group to build Everise into a next-generation industry leader, and was then instrumental in the acquisition of Everise by a new partner, Brookfield Asset Management. Today, Everise is powered by 11,000 champions in seven markets, delivering over 575,000 experiences per day in 32 languages.

Sudhir began his journey with Genpact in 1999. Following Genpact, Sudhir was a founding member of Aegis, one of the largest BPO companies in India. Growing the company from a mere five employees operation, he scaled the operation from its humble beginnings into India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Argentine, the US and Asia. Sudhir founded Sunrise BPO with a vision to create a unique customer experience company that is digitally enabled.
Sudhir earned his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and his Master of Business Administration in Strategy and International Business from Manchester Business School, UK. Sudhir started out as a door-to-door salesman which gave him resilience and unforgettable lessons. As an impactful orator, Sudhir is regularly invited to speak at various prestigious forums.

sales by 30% year over year and tweaked its business model
and marketing to cater to fast-growing companies. Through the
dedication of making Everise a people-first organisation, Sudhir
and his team achieved an industry-leading Glassdoor rating that
has mounted up from a 2.5 to a 4.6/5 today along with a 19%
global employee referral rate and 94% recommend rate, leading
other competitors in the market.
According to Diversity Inc., Everise can count itself among the Top 10 Hall of Fame level of companies, with 45% women and 32% People of Colour in Senior Management, compared to 35.5% and 24% respectively. The company is also proud of its 7% Mature Age and 1.5% People with Disabilities population.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Everise already has a work-athome solution and placed 10% of agents in a remote working environment. Within two weeks of the pandemic, Sudhir and the entire Everise team banned together and worked overtime to shift 95% of its employees into the work-at-home programme. A recent survey found that 96% of its people prefer a blend of both homebased and office work. Everise projects their Experience Centres to evolve into Experience Hubs, where their employees will have the flexibility to spend a portion of their time.
