Inspiring Identity
The company launched the first of many in the Philippines, a hotpot
concept that serves more than 24 soup bases, an international buffet
with a 171-meter long conveyer, milk tea drinks in reusable cups and
tumblers, ParTea gallon and a portable hotpot and yakiniku.
The Fredley Group Foundation, in partnership with Childhope Asia
Philippines and the Philippine Community Fund, provides education
scholarships, roles and career paths within the group to the less
fortunate. The company also initiated the “I Am Different, I Am Able”
project that provided part-time job opportunities for people with
disabilities to empower differently abled friends.
Achievements and Impact
In a span of 7 years, Fredley Group of Companies now has 5
subsidiaries with over 2,000 employees. From 37 operational
branches in 2018, the company now has over 250 branches
nationwide. Fredley Group of Companies empowered over 200
franchisees (aspiring entrepreneurs) to start their businesses
and has generated more than 2,000 job opportunities. With these
initiatives, the total group sales grew 1,617%.
Future Direction
The company will acquire more brands and will have 300 operating
branches to provide more than 3,000 jobs by the end of 2021. It
also targets to be ISO certified by 2023 and to be a publicly listed
company by 2025. Fredley Group of Companies will be an industry
benchmark for innovative restaurant concepts and overall premium
dining experience by delivering exceptional products, operations,
customer service, technology and employee engagement.
