In 2000, PChome Online Inc. transformed itself from a portal into an e-commerce platform and expanded its presence and penetrated the Taiwanese market. Business operations at PChome Online cover four major areas: e-commerce, logistics, fintech and online services. PChome 24h Shopping is the largest B2C website in Taiwan, offering delivery within 24 hours throughout Taiwan. In addition, PChome Global ships to 103 countries and regions worldwide. PChome has business affiliations with over 120,000 small-and-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that sell products through the PChome Store.

PChome has also established a joint venture company, called Ruten, with eBay and launched PChome Thai. The company is now the largest e-commerce conglomerate providing the most online services in Taiwan. PChome will continue to integrate the internal organisational resources by using the PPoint as a power tool for linking e-commerce, online finance, online travel, cross-border e-commerce, mobile payment and more. It also plans to expand into a wider range of online-merge-offline services and actively develop and improve the PChome ecosystem.
