Benajaya Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 29 April 2009. The company specialises in horizontal directional drilling and duct laying including civil engineering, telecommunication and infrastructure works. Under the leadership and management of Robin Chen Wei Min, the founder and managing director, the company has grown to be an established contractor with an excellent reputation with its clients and suppliers. The company workforce comprises of very experienced, dedicated and highly motivated staff.Benajaya’s Mission is not just to continue to provide quality service to clients but to raise the bar for greater success. The horizontal directional drilling (HDD) market is highly competitive with major vendors competing on the basis of price and products/ services. Benajaya’s dedication to high performance standards will continue to strengthen its relations with clients and expand its customer base. Benajaya will strive to protect clients’ interest to meet increasing challenges in the HDD industry.Achievements and Impact
Benajaya established its main office in Melaka in 2009, opened the office in Seremban in 2016, and the Subang Jaya office in 2018. The company started with 9 permanent staff and about 15 subcontract workers. Benajaya has come a long way since then with 30 permanent staff and 55 subcontract workers.The company has also achieved a commendable annual turnover over the years - from a mere 2 million ringgit to 14 million ringgit currently. Benajaya constantly bears in mind that timely completion is crucial for sustainable growth and ensuring productivity is the key towards a profitable operation.
Future Direction
Moving forward, Benajaya plans to purchase more HDD machines, hire new and qualified experienced staff and also to implement regular training programmes to upgrade the skills level of its workforce.COMPANY MILESTONES
