Mr. Chanin decided to move from being an individual investor to become a developer, founding Habitat Group in 2012. His very first own property development was in Pattaya. With his desire to create something unique and an investment that would deliver returns to buyers, Mr. Chanin invested 300 million baht in developing The Ville Jomtien – a collection of luxury private pool villas with different types from 2-6 bedrooms which sold out within two years, and were offered for rent, delivering a healthy ROI for investment buyers.

Following the success of The Ville Jomtien, Habitat Group has since launched six developments for investment in the Pattaya area, including X2 Vibe Pattaya Seaphere, X2 Pattaya Oceanphere, BW Premier Bayphere, Bluphere Pattaya Managed by BW Premier Collection, Wyndham Atlas Wongamat Pattaya, and Ramada By Wyndham Mira North Pattaya. Through its subsidiary, Habitat Hospitality manage the Group’s hotels and resorts.
