Company Introduction

MindChamps PreSchool holds the Number One position in market share of premium range preschools in Singapore. Its growing global presence includes over 80 centres in Singapore, Australia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar and Malaysia.

First launched as an educational research centre in Sydney, Australia in 1998, MindChamps established its global headquarters in Singapore in 2002 and launched its first PreSchool in Singapore in 2008. MindChamps PreSchool subsequently successfully listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange in November 2017.

From the beginning, it has been MindChamps’ vision to make a difference in the lives of children by providing the best in early childhood curriculum and care. This choice was based on research findings that indicated that many of the challenges faced by schoolgoing children can be traced back to their early childhood years.

By synthesising and distilling more than a decade of extensive research in enrichment programmes, the MindChamps research and programme development team developed a PreSchool curriculum that rapidly grew to its current industry-leading position, evolving into the S.M.I.L.E.S.™ curriculum which is used in all MindChamps PreSchool centres today.

MindChamps is proud to be the only PreSchool to synthesise over 20 years of research in the four domains of Education, Psychology, Neuroscience and Theatre to build its unique pedagogy and curriculum.

MindChamps grew from a passion for filling the gaps in education systems world-wide and a vision to provide the world’s best early childhood curriculum and care. Focused on the skills and strategies of learning, MindChamps emphasises teaching the ‘how to learn’ rather than the ‘what to learn’. By staying ahead of the curve, MindChamps has gone from point zero in 2008 to being hailed as a ‘global education movement’.
