Wellaholic continues to research and innovate new ways of using science and technology to help their customers look better. Their latest treatment WellaBoost™ is a needle-less skin booster which nourishes the skin with four possible serum options using two innovative methods of high-pressure spray technology and electroporation. Wellaholic also leverages data analytics to better understand the customer journey of their customers, so as to ensure booking availability for hassle-free customer booking of appointments. This has helped Wellaholic to achieve a high customer retention rate of more than fifty percent.

Growth Initiatives

Wellaholic continues to build its loyal customer base with its affordable beauty & aesthetic treatments. In 2020, Wellaholic opened an additional two outlets, at Jurong East and Kovan, thereby extending its reach to the western and north-eastern parts of Singapore. Wellaholic also launched HairGrow™, the hair regrowth regime using microneedling and low level laser treatments to help customers reduce hair loss and achieve hair regrowth. The circuit breaker imposed in Singapore as a result of COVID-19 impacted Wellaholic momentarily, but thanks to their strong and loyal customer base, Wellaholic was able to quickly recover from this. Wellaholic continues to provide value for its loyal customer base with its Lifetime Maintain Mode, which takes care of customers for life with heavily reduced maintenance treatment sessions.

Achievements and Impact

Wellaholic continues to scale in Singapore, with their seventh outlet slated to open in the first quarter of 2021. Located near Bright Hill MRT station along the upcoming Thomson East Coast Line (TEL), the outlet will help serve Wellaholic’s customers who are living in the northern part of Singapore.

Wellaholic has also successfully implemented its franchising program, delivering better-than-expected results for its franchisee despite the COVID-19 situation.

Future Direction

Wellaholic will continue to grow its franchise program while looking at possible expansion to other regional territories. Wellaholic is currently collaborating with the Singapore Management University via SMU-X, which is a tripartite learning initiative focusing on Wellaholic’s possible growth trajectory in Singapore and overseas. Wellaholic is also working with a consultant on exploring possible overseas expansion. These initiatives are well-aligned with Wellaholic’s vision to help their customers look their best at the best possible rates.
