Company Introduction

AIA Thailand was established in Thailand in 1938. It is the subsidiary of AIA Group Limited, the largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group with a presence in 18 markets across Asia-Pacific. AIA Thailand provides protection coverage to individuals and businesses through a wide variety of products and services, including life insurance, personal accident, health insurance, group insurance, credit life insurance and provident fund management services. Currently, approximately 1 of every 3 life insurance policies in Thailand are written by AIA. With more than 50,000 agents nationwide, AIA serves over 5.27 million individual customers and 11,000 corporate clients with over 8.12 million in-force policies, making AIA a leader in the life insurance industry. The Company’s vision is to be the world’s pre-eminent life insurance provider and its mission is to help Thai people live healthier, longer and better lives.

For AIA customers, product and services are offered digitally by using new technology that provides consultation and services that meet the ever-changing needs for the customers. The company is moving forward in the direction of transforming into TDA (Technology, Digital and Analytics) to become a leading organisation of the future.
