As the current President of the Government Housing Bank, Mr. Kamonpop focuses on the bank’s Financial Landscape, using the Bank of Thailand's policies as a framework for operations and innovation creation. He envisions a future where all employees, as the bank's future, create a New S-Curve to raise competitiveness.

His active involvement in guiding the bank's direction to set strategies that align with the government's vision and the Thailand Vision: "IGNITE THAILAND, the power of unity, Thailand must be one", is evident. G H Bank is a crucial part of this vision, contributing to Thailand's elevation as a Financial Hub. It does so by prioritizing the needs of grassroots and vulnerable customers, demonstrating its unwavering commitment to improving their quality of life and building a robust Thai financial system. In order to do this, Mr. Kamonpop aims for the G H Bank to help Thai people, especially people in the grassroots group, through various projects and initiatives.

In 2023, Mr. Kamonpop initiated two digital projects. The first is called 'Dek Dern Ploy or Digital Appraisal', wherein G H Bank offers the preliminary appraised value of collateral to clients upon first contact. The prospective mortgagor shall provide a mere handful of details concerning the collateral; after that, the Dek Dern Ploy system shall generate the preliminary appraised value of said collateral.

The second is the 'Digital Documentation Process,' a revolutionary initiative led by Mr. Kamonpop that has transformed the bank's approach to handling rights documents. Instead of continuing to store the original documents in a secure room, the bank now maintains them in electronic file format. This shift has not only reduced the use of room space but also streamlined the process of withdrawing authorization documents, leading to significant cost savings. Under his guidance, the project has engaged important stakeholders and leveraged digital technology to enhance services and procedures within the bank, aligning with the needs of customers and key stakeholders.

His vision is that “Thai people can access financial resources at reasonable costs and achieve Work-Life Balance”. He is committed to reducing social inequality and believes that G H Bank can play a significant role in this. He trusts in the competence of the bank’s employees, understanding that they know their responsibilities well.
