PT Danareksa (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that was established in 1976 and is the first issuing company of Mutual Funds in Indonesia.To answer the dynamic challenges in the financial sector, its business does not only provide financial products and services in the capital market but also expands its activities as one of the interbank switching service providers in the national payment ecosystem through PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara.
With the issuance of Government Regulation of the Republic Indonesia Number 113 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 25 of 1976 concerning State Equity Participation of the Republic of Indonesia for the Establishment of a Limited Liability Company (Persero) “Mutual Fund”, PT Danareksa (Persero) is trusted to be the Holding Company for BUMN Cross Sector.
The company’s vision is to become a transformation specialist company with global standards. Its mission is to provide benefits, value creation, scale strengthening, and technological capabilities and capacities.
Corporate Culture & Company Activities
PT Danareksa’s corporate culture has been stipulated in Circular No. SE-44/003/DIR regarding the Corporate Values of PT Danareksa (Persero) and Joint Decree of the Board of Directors & Board of Commissioners of PT Danareksa (Persero) No. KD-44/030/DIR; KEP-08/DK-DR/IX/2020.On August 7, 2020, the company officially implemented AKHLAK as its organizational values.

Achievements and Impact
The composition and number of employees of the company are aligned with the strategy and business needs of the company based on the direction of the Shareholders. As of 31 December 2021, the number of employees was recorded at 230 employees, which was an increase of 19% compared to the number of employees in 2020, which was 193 employees. The increase in the number of employees is to accomodate the growing needs as a Holding Company.PT Danareksa (Persero) continuously transforms its organization to strengthen its capabilities in response to dynamic changes in organization and business. One of its focuses is on developing People and Culture, which role is paramount in accelerating sustainable business growth. The strategic goal of the Human Capital Division in 2021 is to increase employee performance in the new normal with activities that focused on Alignment & Transformation Core Values, People Development, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Empowering Digital Solutions, and Organization Development.
