Today, ALLHC owns 4 industrial estates spanning 988 hectares in gross land area, real estate logistics facilities encompassing 288,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA), cold storage facilities with over 7,000 pallet positions, and retail and office centers with 93,000 sqm of commercial GLA.Aligned with its mission of being co-catalysts for progress and growth, ALLHC creates environments that energize and support businesses. Among its notable developments is Laguna Technopark, one of the country’s first privately-owned industrial estates built in 1990. Achievements and Impact
In 2021, ALLHC’s revenues rose by 16% to PHP4.3 billion, while net income grew by 11% to PHP780 million as business activity gained momentum with the reopening of the economy.The continuous demand for industrial lots and warehouses boosted the company’s overall performance. ALLHC also secured an additional 55 hectares for its Pampanga Technopark expansion. Anchoring its products to the new economy, ALLHC focused on diversifying its products. From dry warehouses, it ventured into cold logistics through the acquisition of two existing cold storage facilities with a combined capacity of 7,300 pallet positions.
In 2022, ALLHC remains committed to transforming places into dynamic industrial and logistics centers and diversifying its product line further. The company acquired a 64,000-sqm ready-built facility in Santo Tomas, Batangas, boosting its warehouse leasing portfolio from 224,000 sqm in 2021 to 288,000 sqm to date.
It also acquired 55 hectares of land in Padre Garcia, Batangas for its future industrial estate – the Batangas Technopark. Furthermore, ALLHC and FLOW Digital Infrastructure signed a joint agreement to develop data centers across the Philippines, allowing ALLHC to meet the rising demand for digital infrastructure and contribute to the country’s transition to a digital economy.
Future Direction
ALLHC continues to capitalize on emerging market opportunities and leverage a diversified product portfolio. The company entered the cold logistics business, addressing the market demand for more cold facilities underpinned by the rising consumption of consumer goods. ALLHC will break ground for two cold storage facilities in its Pampanga and Batangas properties to double its capacity by 2023.The Philippines remains an underserved market with strong demand from domestic and international operators. By further diversifying to data centers, ALLHC will significantly contribute to the development of digital infrastructure capabilities in the Philippines. It is gearing up for the delivery of a 4.5-MW-capacity facility ready for service by late 2023. ALLHC is committed to its goal of building a national footprint through industrial hubs in key locations across the country.
The company plans are on track to increase its presence to 10 strategic locations, grow its warehouse gross leasable area to 500,000 sqm, and create new business platforms by 2025. It is currently in six locations covering 288,000 sqm of warehouse GLA, with a diversified portfolio that includes cold storage and data centers.
