Aspire Systems’ journey started with supplying industrial engineering products but has since moved into the software development space. Aspire’s journey has been incredible through the years. However, 2019 marked a key milestone year for the company as it achieved USD100 million in revenue. After its initial focus on product development and outsourcing, the company moved to software development as a sustainable business strategy. By 2014, the company was set on a growth path with a clear trajectory. Combining sound business rationale with a robust talent management strategy, Aspire Systems focused on growth through organic and inorganic means.From a business perspective, the company acquired five companies between 2014 and 2018, contributing to its inorganic growth. Acquiring SRA Systems, Versant Technologies, and Application Development enabled the company to make huge strides in domains like retail to verticals such as Independent Software Services, telecom, insurance, and education. The company gained expertise in technologies ranging from IT Infrastructure Managed Services, .Net, and Java to Oracle and expanded its base to cities such as Hyderabad in India and countries such as Benelux and Dubai.
