Chan Creative Co., Ltd. was founded in 2020 under the brand “Jessie Mum”, the supplement for mothers who have problems with breastfeeding. Research has shown that breast milk contains 200 types of nutrients that help children gain full nutrition and high immunity. Moreover, breast milk also helps to improve children’s IQ, EQ, AQ, and MQ. “Jessie Mum” is a supplement that is made from herbs and natural extracts that can help mothers increase breast milk production. “Jessie Mum” is certified by the Thailand Food and Drug Administration (FDA), GMP, and HACCP and has received several recognitions from famous organizations and media in Thailand, making “Jessie Mum” the number one brand in Thailand in the Maternal supplements category.

Chan Creative Co., Ltd., the authorized distributor of “Jessie Mum”, understood the issue of the lack of breast milk for mothers and sought to provide a solution. Therefore, the company has support officers and customer-service callers experienced in breastfeeding to assist and advise customers on their problems. These efforts have gained customer satisfaction for the brand, making “Jessie Mum” go viral within mother communities and rapidly grow in Thailand’s mother and baby market.

Chan Creative Co., Ltd. started off the business with only its three founders but the company has since grown to around 30 employees and plans to continue to expand further in the future. The company also aims to upgrade its employees by providing them with seminars to improve their skills.

The company’s “Jessie Mum” brand is currently the number one mother supplement brand in Thailand with approximately 100,000 customers from Thailand and neighboring countries. The company’s sales were only THB10 million (USD267,000) but rapidly increased to THB20 million (USD533,000) in 2019, THB30 million (800,000 USD) in 2020, and then THB103 million (USD2,745,000) in 2021. Despite its successful growth, Chan Creative Co., Ltd. still plans to continue to grow further by expanding the business not only locally but internationally in 2022.

Future Direction

“Jessie Mum” plans to continue with its marketing via a dealer in order to quickly and efficiently spread awareness of the product to potential customers. Moreover, the company has plans to bring the brand to modern trades such as department stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, and pharmacies. Additionally, exportation to other countries is currently in the works with exportation to 4 countries in 2023 and 10 countries in 2024. Furthermore, “Jessie Mum” has plans to produce more product lines in the category of mother supplements.
