Established in 1993, Farglory Life Insurance Co. Ltd. is the life insurance arm of the Farglory Group and is committed to the development of Taiwan’s life insurance market. In Taiwan, one out of every 10 policy holders are insured by Farglory Life. From its establishment, Farglory Life’s brand vision is to provide protection to over 2.3 million families in Taiwan. It holds on to the belief of “popularisation of capital and transparency of operation”, and is the only life insurance company in Taiwan established through a public stock offering.

Through diversified marketing channels, including traditional agencies, group insurance, brokers and online insurance platforms, Farglory Life provides professional policy plans and consultancy offline and online. Farglory Life has been focussing on innovation for medical insurance and life insurance plans. Achievements and Impact

Farglory Life’s business has been increasing with over 6,000 employees, more than 7 million effective policies with assets over NT$600 billion. The Company received twA+ rating of Taiwan Ratings for 5 consecutive years and EPS2.61 with a net profit of NT$3.2 billion after tax in 2020.

Farglory Life has been actively pursuing insurance professionals for many years through various recruitment channels to get the best new talents and strengthen the business team. The Company uses convenience and speed of digital technology to promote mobile insurance applications and online settlements of claims. Multiple channels have been set up to meet customer satisfaction and to garner feedbacks.

Future Direction

In 2021, Farglory Life adopted a new corporate identity that reflects the corporate business philosophy of Dream bigger, Do it together which emphasises close collaborations with the market, consumers, partners, suppliers and investors. It also reflects the Company’s support of insurance and social security through simplicity, innovation of digitalisation and competitive youthoriented business strategies.
