Mobile Dental Van Project
Since 2000, JIKFI helped DepEd to deliver services to school children in mountain barangays who have limited access to dental services. The program strengthens the implementation of oral health awareness among school children. Oral health education and giving of oral hygiene kits (toothbrush and toothpaste) to kindergarten and Grade 1 to Grade 3 pupils have a great impact in helping children realize the importance of oral hygiene and its effects on the overall well-being of the individual.
Tree Planting Activity
2,500 indigenous forest and fruit-bearing seedlings are planted annually by over 100 active volunteers from the company since 2002.
Naga Emergency Response
In 2018, King’s Group of Companies came together to answer the urgent call to help evacuate the first 500 families from the site of the tragic landslide at Naga. The volunteers helped to prepare almost 2,400 meals for the evacuees at the Naga Elementary School evacuation centre
