Thus, it nurtures harmonious relationship among employees, camaraderie, and teamwork to ensure a healthy work environment for its people. Corporate Activities
Damosa Land has been organizing various CSR activities including tree planting, Brigada Eskwela and Christmas gift-giving to less fortunate kids. Recently, its employees volunteered to participate in planting mangrove trees and lent their hands for the yearly nationwide Brigada Eskwela in Caliclic, Island Garden City of Samal. This has been an established tradition of the company as a way of showing gratitude to the community.

The company is also practicing sustainability and environmental-friendly projects as it recently installed a 200-kilowatt system of Solar Energy Panels at Damosa IT Park. According to Damosa Land Vice President Ricardo Lagdameo, this project would save up to 30% of its electricity bills and would increase as the company scales up the system.

Their 6-tower Seawind condominium has won the prestigious 2017 Philippine Property Awards as the “Best Residential Development (Davao)” and 2018-2019 Asia Pacific Property Awards Development winner.

This exclusive subdivision has won in the 2017 Philippine Property Awards as the “Best Residential Development (Davao)” and “Best Residential Landscape Architecture Design”. These recognitions are their reward for the effort exerted by the people behind the company who lead Damosa Land on top of their competitors. Because of this, they were hailed to be among the circle of excellence for the Executive Leadership Team of the Year Award in the prestigious ASIA CEO Awards this year.

The company is known as an innovator in the region being among the first to introduce a mixed-use development, the first PEZA (Philippine economic Zone Authority) accredited IT Park, the first and largest co-working facility, and the first fully-operated industrial park in the region.

Damosa Land’s Agriya has already started ground works where the residential component and the University of the Philippines Professional School for Agriculture and the Environment (UP PSAE) will rise. AIEC, the industrial park in Panabo City, is in the process of completing its whole stretch of warehouses while its locators have started exporting its products to its market overseas. This year, Damosa Land will be adding another tower in its world class IT Park. The company has also completed the first two phases of their depot in Panacan while the condominium project Seawind has successfully finished its final concrete works for Tower 3 this October.

Currently, Damosa Land is working on launching two new projects for next year: Bridgeport and Anita Homes. Inspired by the luxurious marina lifestyle, Bridgeport is built as a luxurious residential, commercial, and marina development community right across mainland Davao. Anita Homes, on the other hand, is designed to provide affordable living spaces built around nature with commercial areas allotted for business activities that are envisioned to develop within the community.
