Khun Natthakanya Saengpho, better known to her friends and colleagues as “Apple”, is originally from Bangkok and has made her name in Phuket as Chief Executive Officer of Paradise Group and Andara Resort Residences covering 16 affiliated companies with 509 people in the developer team including architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors, project engineers, the purchasing & accounting team and the property & hotel management team.
Born in Bangkok, Khun Apple studied at Satree Sri Ayutthaya School and graduated from Bangkok University in Bangkok, Thailand with the bachelor’s degree in business management and accounting. Khun Apple has more than 20 years’ experience in the international property industry in wide-ranging areas including property design, development, construction management and property management. In a nutshell, Khun Apple is an all-rounder in a specialized field.
Her business started and evolved since 1998 with the first luxury villa project. And then, in 2002 Khun Apple set up the commercial boutique shopping mall named “The Plaza Surin” the keys to lifestyle in Phuket, offering resort wear, home decorations, jewelries and a health spa.
After that, in 2004, Khun Apple has been engaged in a joint venture to set up and manage an architectural and interior design project consultancy company to develop her own projects with international investors for Andara Resort & Villas, 26 luxury villas, and Andara Resort Residences, a hotel 37 units. Her most recent project is Andara Signature Resort Villa, with 8 ultra-luxury villas. Her current project is in Thai Mueang, Phang Nga, with 59 luxury villas and 48 blocks of condominium with 781 units plus a spa and wellness complex and 1 residence clubhouse. Her coming project is about hotel and condominium development at Bangtao in Phuket, with 5 blocks of condominium with 376 units and a hotel with 120 rooms.
Her projects received the first prizes from Thailand Property Awards in 2009 including Best Architectural Design (Phuket) for Andara; Best Villa Development (Thailand) for Andara Resort & Villas; and Best Condo Development (Phuket) for Andara Resort Residences. Her company continued to receive many awards that guaranteed the quality and reflected the best management such as South East Asia’s 20 Best Resort Development from Property Resort South East Asia and Best Villa Development (Phuket) for Andara Resort & Villas from Thailand Property Awards in 2010; Best Residential Architectural Design and Best Villa Development (Thailand) for Andara Signature Resort & Villas from Thailand Property Awards in 2015; and International Property Awards in association with the Telegraph Best Leisure Development Asia Pacific 2016 – 2017 for Andara Signature Resort & Villas.
Moreover, Khun Apple has been personally honored by the United States Agency for International Development as one of the Outstanding Women Business Leaders of Thailand for Green Growth in 2015 – an award designed to encourage environmentally-friendly development, design and protection. The team policies include the commitment to energy saving and environmental protection. Examples of the eco-friendly initiatives are Water Bio-Fermentation & Waste Recycling and further support for environmental protection in the Kamala community, Phuket, such as dredging up public canals.
In addition, Khun Apple received the CEO Leader Award from Mr. Chatchai Promlert, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior; the CEO Leader Award by Daily Mirror Best 2017 Brand Thailand in 2017. Recently, Khun Apple received an award from the Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Associations of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of H.M. the Queen for the Saving Money for Happy Life campaign in 2018.

During free time, Khun Apple has been involved in supporting social and community activities in Phuket as an honorary advisor of the Kamala Disaster & Monitoring center since 2011; a member of the Committee on Inspection & Control for the Administration of Kamala Provincial Police Station in 2013; a founder of the Andara Sport Club since 2015; a member of the Federation of Business & Professional Women’s Associations of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of H.M. the Queen; an honorary member of the Thai Red Cross Society; the Vice Chairman of the Basic Educational Commission of Kamala Kindergarten; and the Chairman of the Basic Educational Commission of Rajaprajanugroh 36 since 2017. Recently, Khun Apple has been nominated as a member of the District Health Board of Kathu District and has been nominated as an honorary consulate of Mexico to be in charge of Phuket, Phang Nga and Krabi in 2018.
