Hailing from Kuching in Sarawak, Mr. Ting Wei Shun is from a small family-run business in the Food & Beverage industry, developing from a small canteen to a mini shop. Due to the culture that he grew up in, he dreamt of becoming a successful businessman.

Mr. Ting Wei Shun was born to second and third-generation Chinese settlers in Malaysia and is the second child with 3 brothers. He graduated with a degree in Business Studies from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom with a double major in Marketing and Finance.

The family-run Greenland Management Services Sdn Bhd (GMS) was initially set up in 2008 to offer private property management in Malaysia’s Kuching region. By 2013, the business pivoted from management to renovation and is now focused on refurbishing buildings and spaces in both private and government sectors.

The company is rigorous in its approach to business, whereby it has a team of experts who focus their energy on developing transparent, flexible, and proactive strategies. Customer satisfaction is the primary objective for GMS, which underscores this intention by providing an individualized service catered to each client’s specific needs.
